Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Growing up, just hearing the words brussels sprouts sounded like a punishment. However, I’ll bet anyone would eat them if they are prepared the right way. This simple to cook recipe is good on its own or can be used as a base if you want to get creative and add other ingredients to vary the flavor.

½ onion, diced
