Based on survey analysis, three teams were created. AJ Emanuel has agreed to lead and coordinate the work across the three teams:
Ocean Access and Pond Team

Recreation Team
(Maria DiMauro, team leader)
Health and Safety Team
(Tony Flynn, team leader)
The teams began their work in the late summer of 2023 and will report to the Board and membership next summer (2024). Between now and then, each team is using survey results and their own ingenuity to address four tasks:
- Define the scope of the work the team will address
- Conduct research needed to identify opportunities and challenges
- Identify low-cost, easy-to-do things in the short term
